Here's what happened at Regions Bank, 5115 S. Dale Mabry Highway, according to the Tampa Police Department:

Around 10:59 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 31, a black man in his mid 30's with a thin build who was last seen wearing a dark cap, yellow reflective glasses, a dark blue, yellow and white rugby shirt, a gold tooth, blue jeans and a large tattoo on his neck, entered the bank's lobby.

He waited in line for the next available teller, went to the window and slid the teller a note demanding money. The man fled northbound on foot.
