Temple Terrace Man Accused Of Stabbing Father

TEMPLE TERRACE, FL — Temple Terrace Police are investigating a domestic violence incident that resulted in a stabbing Thursday.

At 7:13 a.m., police were called to the 11400 block of North 52nd Street. The caller told police that her 27-year-old brother was beating their father.

When they arrived, police found John Daniel Kelley in the living room laying on top of his father, Terence Davis, 56, who had numerous stab wounds on his head and hands.

Davis was taken to Tampa General Hospital where he is in critical condition.

Kelley was charged with attempted murder.
