Bike Lane Being Added Downtown From Madison to Polk
The work is projected to be done by Friday, Sept. 6.

Portions of the outside lanes north and southbound on Ashley Drive between Tyler St. and Madison St. in downtown Tampa will be closed as workers remove existing lane striping and re-stripe the lanes. Traffic moving north and southbound will be maintained at all times throughout the construction.
The outside northbound lane, which currently functions as a right turn lane, will be permanently converted to on-street parking, and a bike lane will be added from Madison St to Polk St.
The southbound curb lane between Cass St. and Tyler St. in front of John F. Germany library will be converted to on-street parking.
