Busch Gardens Summer Nights 2016 Schedule Announced

TAMPA, FL – Theme park lovers who want the fun to last just a little longer will have their wish granted this summer at Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. Both parks have announced extended hours starting later this month.

Summer Nights at Busch Gardens will take place from June 24 to Aug. 7. During this six-week stretch, the park will stay open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, and until 9 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays.

Guests will be able to ride the park’s world-famous thrill rides in the dark, including the new spinning roller coaster Cobra’s Curse, which features an 80-foot snake king icon followed by a free-spin trip through Egypt. Patrons can also see the rock-fueled music and acrobatics during the award-winning Kinetix show and a fireworks show every night.

Nearby Adventure Islands will also feature extended hours during the same six weeks for Island Nights. The park will be open until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 9 p.m. on Thursdays.

Beginning at 5 p.m. nightly, guests of Adventure Islands can enjoy island-inspired performers, a live DJ and games on the beach. The event will also showcase Colossal Curl, the park’s new family thrill slide.
