Citizen Liaison Appointed By Hillsborough Property Appraiser
Hillsborough County Property Appraiser Bob "Coach" Henriquez has created a "citizen liaison" guide residents through challenging questions.

TAMPA, FL — To assist the public with sometimes-complicated questions regarding his office, Hillsborough County Property Appraiser Bob “Coach” Henriquez has created a “citizen liaison” position to help guide residents through challenging inquiries related to their property.
Filling the role of citizen liaison effective immediately is Nereia Cormier Wilson, who is also serving as the HCPA’s special projects administrator.
“Our first priority is quality customer service to the citizens of Hillsborough County,” Henriquez said. “I believe the position will further enhance our ability to address the more complex issues we face upon occasion.”

As the HCPA’s citizen liaison, Cormier Wilson will provide residents with a specific point of contact to help access available services, answer questions and assist with resolving problems.
The public can connect with Cormier Wilson through a contact form on the HCPA website, where the residents can send a brief summary of their concerns or questions, as well as attach documents and photos.
