Patch: What was the attraction of home delivery and how did it start?


Hiro: Nowadays, you can get anything you want delivered right to you! AmeriGas saw the opportunity to expand into the world of delivering grill tanks directly to the customers and took it. We wanted to make it as easy as possible for our customers to get their tanks delivered safely and at an affordable price.


Patch: If you had to sum up your business mission to a stranger in five words, what would those words be?

Patch: Have there been any challenges or difficult moments that Cynch has faced?


Hiro: There are always going to be bumps in the road when starting a new line of business, but we have a great team set up to face those challenges head on! We put the customer first in everything that we do, even if it means making it more difficult on ourselves.


Patch: What is the most satisfying part about Cynch?


Hiro: Reading the comments and reviews that people leave. This lets us get a good grasp on how our customers are feeling, even if they are suggesting new features or things that will make it easier for them. We listen to all the feedback and try to address it.


Patch: How would you say your business distinguishes itself from the others?


Hiro: With the scale that AmeriGas has already, it is easy for us to grow quickly and efficiently.


Patch: Are there any new projects or endeavors you’re working on that you’re extra excited about?


Hiro: We are focused on expanding the business so that more people can have access to Cynch. We recently launched in San Diego and Sacramento, California, and we have plans for even more cities this month.
