From Tampa Water Department: The eastbound right-hand lane on Platt Street between Magnolia and Cedar avenues is temporarily closed while Tampa Water Department crews repair a water main. While repairs are being made, that portion of Platt Street will be open to local traffic only. Repairs are expected to be completed by 5 p.m. today and restoration is expected to be completed by 8 a.m. Monday, April 30, depending on weather conditions. Barricades and signs are located in the area to assist with traffic flow. Drivers should seek alternate routes during this period. Please use caution when traveling in the area.
