
Tampa Bay area residents enjoying the relative dry stretch the region has experienced may want to pull out those umbrellas once more. Rain is anticipated to creep back into the forecast as Halloween week continues.
According to the National Weather Service, Monday is expected to kick things off with a partly sunny day and a high in the upper 80s. Things begin to change in the overnight hours with a 20 percent chance of showers forecast. The overnight low should drop into the low 70s.
Tuesday is expected to arrive with mostly cloudy conditions and a high in the mid-80s. Storm chances are set at roughly 30 percent during the daytime and at 50 percent in the evening hours when the low is anticipated to fall to the mid-70s.

Here’s how forecasters anticipate the rest of the week will shape up:
Wednesday
- High temperature – Low 80s
- Low temperature – Around 70 degrees
- Rain chances – About 50 percent in the day and evening hours
Thursday
- High temperature – Low 80s
- Low temperature – Upper 60s
- Rain chances – Around 20 percent
Friday
- High temperature – Low 80s
- Low temperature – Upper 60s
- Rain chances – Not in the forecast at this time
As for Halloween Saturday, forecasters, as of Monday, anticipated a mild, sunny day with a high in the mid-80s. The overnight low should fall into the upper 60s. Rain wasn’t a part of the Halloween forecast on Monday.
