Here's How A Tampa Bay Lightning Player Lives

Tampa Bay Lightning general manager Steve Yzerman sold his 6,200-square-foot home to Lightning defenseman Daniel Girardi and wife, Pamela.

TAMPA, FL -- If you were thinking about throwing down a cool $3 million for this Davis Islands home, you're too late.

Tampa Bay Lightning general manager Steve Yzerman sold his 6,200-square-foot home to Lightning defenseman Daniel Girardi and wife, Pamela, last year, shortly after Girardi signed a $6 million two-year-contract with the hockey team.

The home, custom built in 2007 by Tampa luxury home builder Boss & Mennie, is located at 44 Martinique Ave., a neighborhood that's become Lightning territory. Steven Stamkos and Victor Hedman both own homes on Martinique Avenue.
