A Tampa man is facing manslaughter charges following the death of a man who was shot with a pellet gun.

TAMPA, FL — A Tampa man is facing manslaughter charges following the death of a man who was shot with a pellet gun.
Eyondre James Simmons, 23, was arrested Wednesday and charged with manslaughter with a weapon, Tampa police said.
Police were called to a home in the 1300 block of East Sitka Street June 6 and found a man dead.

After reviewing surveillance video and speaking with a witness, detectives arrested Simmons this week. They said Simmons shot the man with the pellet gun after getting into an argument over money.
