Local Couple Featured on HGTV's 'Property Virgins'

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate sales associate, Liz Menendez with the brokerage’s Tampa Southwest office, was the real estate consultant on HGTV’s ‘Property Virgins’ in the episode, “A Tall Order/Victoria and Jeff”. After viewing numerous homes in the Tampa Bay area, Jeffrey Perkins and Victoria Michael chose 4303 Ellinwood Boulevard, which was also represented by Coldwell Banker. The property sold for $375,000.

“The location of the home paired with the school district and impressive details made this the perfect home for the perfect couple,” said Menendez.
