Midtown Tampa Project Planned For Westshore Area: Report
The Bromley Companies is planning a half-billion-dollar project at the southeast corner of 1-275 and North Dale Mabry Highway

TAMPA, FL - Looking for a place in the Westshore area in the future? The Bromley Companies is planning a half-billion-dollar project at the southeast corner of 1-275 and North Dale Mabry Highway that would include 400 condos or apartments. The project also includes 240,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space; 750,000 square feet of Class A office space; and a 225-room boutique hotel, the Tampa Bay Times reports.
The project, which is being called Midtown Tampa, would be one of the area's largest developments with 1.8 million square feet built on a 22-acre site. Bromley plans to break ground for Midtown Tampa in 2019, and complete the project by 2021, News 10 reported Wednesday.
"Our vision is to inspire a transformative, truly walkable district connecting downtown Tampa and (the) Westshore Business District," Nicholas Haines, Bromley’s chief executive officer and master developer, said in a statement.
