While living there, Bashum converted the pool house into a mini Outback Steakhouse with a full commerical kitchen.
When DeBartolo and Miggs purchased the home, Miggs hired Tom Morris of Morrisound Recording in Tampa to transform the mini restaurant into high-tech Solid State Logic recording studio called Lala Mansion.
However, they left the commercial kitchen intact for catering parties.
