Photo Of The Week: Tracking Sunbeams In Dunedin
Send us your photos of sunsets, romps at the beach or children at the playground. You might have your photo published on Patch.

FLORIDA — Phone cameras make it so easy to capture great moments any day, any time. Have you taken some great photos of spring flowers blooming, children frolicking at the beach, breathtaking sunsets or dramatic skylines?
The Florida Patch sites publish a Photo of the Week each weekend. Whether you snapped an amazing shot with your phone or spent hours capturing the perfect image on a Nikon D6, send your photos to Tampa Bay Patch editor D'Ann White at dann.white@patch.com with the location of the photo and the name of the photographer. You might see your photo featured on Patch.

"On May 17th I went to the Gulf in Downtown Dunedin and took the attached picture of the sunset. You previously ran a sunset picture from that same day taken by the Dunedin Marina. However, when I turned 180 degrees from the sun, set to walk back to my house, I saw that same sunset had lit up this tree. If you track the large orange sunbeam on the grass of the sunset picture, it points directly to the tree in the subsequent picture."
