South Tampa Chamber's 15th Annual Taste Of South Tampa To Take Place May 2
The South Tampa Chamber of Commerce is hosting its 15th annual Taste of South Tampa on Sunday, May 2.

TAMPA, FL — The South Tampa Chamber of Commerce is hosting its 15th Annual Taste of South Tampa on Sunday, May 2, presented by Older, Lundy, Alvarez & Koch.
For the fourth year, the Tampa Garden Club will be transformed into an outdoor festival offering live entertainment, food samples from local restaurants, a beer garden and the opportunity to win prizes.
“We are thrilled to have so many restaurants return again this year including last year’s people’s choice winner, Flames Indian Cuisine, as well as new additions like Cru Cellars, Sarge’s BBQ, Brass Tap and The Hatchery," said chamber President Kelly Flannery. "Guests will also enjoy a beer garden featuring White Claw and beer selections from Pepin Distributing including Stella Artois and Floridian Hefeweizen. VIPs will get a taste from Steelbach, Forbici Modern Italian, Hotel Haya and cocktails from Cutwater Spirits. With more than 25 food and beverage options at the event, there is truly something for everyone and the inclusive price gives attendees the opportunity to try a little bit of everything.”

This year’s event will be limited attendance to allow for social distancing in addition to other health and safety protocols such as increased handwashing and hand-sanitizing stations.
The ticket price is all-inclusive with unlimited food and beverage samples, live entertainment, giveaways from business exhibitors and voting for the “Best of South Tampa” awards. Guests will also have the opportunity to mix and mingle with celebrity judges including Master Chef’s Jeff Philbin.

Pre-sale ticket prices are available online at www.TasteofSouthTampa.com. ($50 general admission, $40 for military and free for kids under 10). Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door on the day of the event ($60 general ddmission).
VIP tickets are also available during pre-sale only. A portion of the ticket sales from the event will benefit the South Tampa Chamber’s “Chamber Champions Program” benefiting businesses that were impacted by the pandemic.
