St. Joseph's Children's Hospital Seeks Donations for Patient Prom Night

The prom will be held at the hospital, 3001 W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, on Friday, May 3.

Prom season is underway, and patients at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital are no exception to the festivities.

During their Arabian nights-themed prom on Friday, May 3, current and former pediatric patients are planning to wear fancy gowns and sharp tuxedos. Sponsors Macy's and Bank of America will help provide dancing, refreshments and keepsake photos.

In the meantime, donations are needed for the following items:

  • Dress shirts for boys aged 4-12
  • Ties
  • Dress pants in all sizes
  • Plus-sized women's dresses
  • Party dresses for 5-6 year olds
  • Dress attire for boys and girls
  • Accessories, such as tiaras and jewelry
  • Dress shoes in all sizes for boys and girls

Items can be dropped off at the hospital in a blue bin inside the lobby. For more information, call 813-357-0594.
