Tampa Police Believe 2 Deadly Shootings Sunday Related

Police are continuing their investigation into two fatal shootings minutes apart at separate locations on Sunday that appear to be related.

TAMPA, FL ? Tampa police are continuing their investigation into two fatal shootings minutes apart at separate locations on Sunday that appear to be related.

At 12:32 p.m., police were called to the 6700 block of Elm Court for a shooting.

They found a 26-year-old man with gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital where he died.

As officers were responding to Elm Court, Tampa police received a separate call at 12:34 p.m. from the 5700 block of Steven Court of another shooting.

When officers arrived, they found a 27-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds. He, too, was taken to the hospital where he died.
