Tampa’s historic Stovall-Lee House is up for sale for $13.9 million, the 3rd highest listing price for any current listing in the bay area--and the highest in Hillsborough County. Located at 4621 Bayshore Blvd, Tampa, the estate is the largest residential property on Tampa’s famous and scenic Bayshore Boulevard. The two other bay area mansions that are for sale currently are both located in Pinellas County: a 3.9-acre Belleair estate priced at $11.9 million, and a Tarpon Springs mansion for $14.3 million.

Built about 1909 by the general manager of the Florida Brewing Company in Ybor City, according to a Tampa Bay Times article, the property is named for former owner Wallace Stovall, the founding publisher of the Tampa Tribune. In 1943, Stovall sold the estate to William E. Lee. Henry E. Teasley Jr., the present owner, a retired senior executive of the Coca-Cola Company, bought the estate in 1991.
