GOOD GRADES: The Hillsborough County School District's strategy to lift up its low-performing schools appears to have paid off, according to Superintendent Jeff Eakins. After setting an all-time graduation rate record, the school district learned this week that schools with previously performance problems are back on track. PUG FOUND: Guido the pug was reunited with his best friend and owner Donald Murray on Wednesday, July 4. After being featured in news reports and social media, someone called in an anonymous Crime Stoppers tip which led to the once-separated pair finding each other again.
