NEW JOBS: Elected officials and business leaders joined Lockheed Martin Monday, April 30, in the formal opening of a new manufacturing facility in Pinellas Park that will create more than 80 new jobs by mid-2019.

TEACHER SEX: A Pasco County teacher has been arrested for reportedly having sex with a student. According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, detectives arrested Ridgewood High School teacher Sean Gallegos, 43, of Morden Blush Drive, Lutz, on Wednesday, May 2, after an investigation revealed Gallegos allegedly had sex with a 16-year-old female student on more than one occasion in April.
