Two Arrested for Sexual Battery
One allegedly assaulted the victim on two occasions, while the other suspect watched, but didn't report it.
A 22-year-old man has been charged with sexual battery, and a 35-year-old woman has been charged for witnessing the assault on two occasions, but failing to report it.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Jonathan Kaiser of Tampa sexually assaulted a victim on two different occasions while Cortney McCain, also of Tampa, watched. Deputies said the victim knew both Kaiser and McCain.
Sheriff's deputies arrested both Kaiser and McCain on Monday.

Kaiser is charged with two counts of sexual battery. McCain was charged with two counts of failure to report sexual battery, and two counts of accessory after the fact.
