Monday, May 14

  • Someone broke into a car in South Tampa and took a Dell laptop, a Canon printer, a radar detector and a suitcase. The victim drove around town and made different stops, but did not realezed that the property was missing until he was back home. 

Tuesday, May 15

  • An auto burglary was reported at 5412 S. Sellas St. The culprit entered an unlocked Jeep Patriot and took an iPod, a TomTom GPS, an Mp3 player, a pair of Oakley sunglasses, and a wallet containing credit cards.
  • Someone siphoned a quarter of a tank of gas from a BMW parked at 2718 W. Tyson Ave.

Wednesday, May 16

  • A burglary was reported at 4610 W. Vasconia St. The culprit removed a rear window screen and broke the window but was discouraged from entering by a radio left on in the residence.

Friday, May 18

  • Someone broke into the residence at 3302 W. Granada St. and stole a $5,000 silver Cannondale Adventure bicycle.

  • Someone broke into a vehicle parked at 2410 W. Azeele St. and took an iPod.
  • Someone stole two mini bikes parked at 5200 Bayshore Boulevard.

Sunday, May 20

  • An auto theft was reported at 1009 S. Oregon Ave.

Monday, May 21

  • Two individuals unlawfully entered the business at 203 W. Verne St. and took food and water from the fridge. Both culprits were apprehended by Tampa Police officers after a witness called 911.
