24-Story St. Pete Residential Tower Will Break Ground Soon
When the 334 is complete, it will be ranked among the tallest residential buildings west of Beach Drive, according to Coastal Construction.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A 24-story residential tower in downtown St. Petersburg will begin construction in March.
The future residential tower, 334, will have 220 residences with luxurious amenities. Coastal Construction is the general contractor for the project, and it was developed by American Land Ventures.
“The decision to select Coastal Construction was an easy one," David Fellows, vice president of construction at American Land Adventures said. "Their willingness to develop the GMP with transparency, and their reputation of quality built projects, made them the obvious choice. Coastal has built some of the state’s most iconic high rises, from the Porsche Design Tower in Miami to the Surfside Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club.”
