TAMPA, Fla. (April 27, 2016) – Lennar is debuting its largest collection of model homes in Tampa Bay in an interesting and convenient setup for prospective homebuyers, aptly named “Easy Street.” The communities of Stonegate at Ayersworth in Wimauma, and Concord Station in Land O’ Lakes are each launching 13 new model homes to show homebuyers the floorplans available in the builder’s nearby communities.
Homebuilders routinely construct just one or two model homes in a particular new-home community, so having 13 model homes on one street is unique to the Tampa Bay area, and highly unusual for the industry in general.

Visitors to “Easy Street” in the community of Stonegate at Ayersworth can see a wide range of model homes, from a single-story three-bedroom with 1,276 square feet to a two-story six-bedroom with 3,327 square feet. Part of Lennar’s new American Dream Series, the homes in Stonegate at Ayersworth are built to be cost-effective and to provide value for the buyer. The floor plans are available in 10 communities in southern Hillsborough and Pasco counties.
The model homes on Concord Station’s “Easy Street” range from three to five bedrooms and 1,612 square feet to 3,777 square feet. Featuring many of Lennar’s most popular luxury features, these homes are part of the new Legacy Series, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ceramic tile flooring and more. Legacy Series homes are available in 13 communities in southern Hillsborough and Pasco counties.
“Prospective homebuyers can easily see our newly launched floorplans and walk from model home to model home all in one morning or afternoon,” said Mark Metheny, Division President of Lennar Central Florida. “Our goal with Easy Street is to make it convenient so buyers can see all the available floorplans at one location, and then choose the community they want to live in.”
The homes showcased on “Easy Street” are all part of Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” approach, where all the features are included in the list price of the home.
“Easy Street” in Stonegate at Ayersworth is located off U.S. 301 and Balm Road on Rainbow Pyrite Drive in Wimauma. “Easy Street” at Concord Station is located just north of State Road 54 and east of U.S. Route 19 on Alexandra Lee Court in Land O’Lakes.
