Hands Needed For Riverhills Park Cleanup
The River Watch Task Force and Temple Terrace Rotary are teaming up to clean Riverhills Park, but they need extra hands.
From Riverhills Park: Riverhills Park and the HillsboroughRiver are the crown jewels of Temple Terrace. To ensure that these treasures are clean and litter-free for all to enjoy, the River Watch Task Force andTemple Terrace Rotary Club will host a clean-up on Saturday, August 19.Volunteers should gather at the Riverhills Park boat ramp, 329 S. Riverhills Dr., by 8:30 a.m.Boaters and non-boaters are encouraged to participate in this community service project. Those on land can assist in picking up trash from Riverhills and Scout Parks while boaters in kayaks and canoes will gather litter from theHillsborough River.
