Veterans Day is this November 11th, COVID 19, and the election many citizens may overlook this day but shouldn't. It is a day in honor of the service and sacrifice of our Veterans and their families. As a Nation, we must honor their commitment to our country and the freedoms we enjoy, including the right to vote.

In 1954, President Eisenhower called upon all of our citizens to observe November 11 th as Veterans Day. Let us remember and celebrate Veterans Day day but also in rededicate ourselves to the words of President Lincoln to "care for [those] who shall have borne the battle " and their loved ones.

Let us show we care - fly the flag that these brave men and women fought for and say a prayer for those that suffered so much for our freedom. We salute your service and collectively say "Thank You."
