Stars Line Up For Busch Gardens' Food & Wine Festival

Third Eye Blind, Kenny Rogers and Jordin Sparks are just some of the performers lined up by the theme park.

TAMPA, FL — As Busch Gardens gears up for the return of its annual Food & Wine Festival this spring, the theme park has announced its musical lineup for the multi-weekend event.

Set to kick off on Saturdays and Sundays March 5 through April 24, the annual festival showcases food and wine from around the world paired with live musical performances. Culinary selections on the menu this year will include duck tacos, truffle fries, lobster ravioli and more. For those interested in spirits, the menu will include more than 120 wines, craft beers and cocktails. And, those who plan to come for the music will find plenty of big-name acts on the lineup.

Headlining acts will take the stage weekends in March and April starting at 6 p.m. The lineup is as follows:

  • Kenny Rogers – March 5
  • Huey Lewis & The News – March 6
  • To be announced – March 12
  • O.A.R. – March 13
  • George Thorogood & The Destroyers – March 19
  • MercyMe – March 20
  • To be announced – March 26
  • Third Eye Blind – March 27
  • The Commodores – April 2
  • Andy Grammer – April 3
  • To be announced – April 9
  • The All-American Rejects – April 10
  • Meat Loaf – April 16
  • Lynyrd Syknyrd – April 17
  • Gente de Zona – April 23
  • Jordin Sparks – April 24

“We are excited for the second year of our acclaimed Food & Wine Festival,” Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s Jim Dean, president, said in a statement. “Our guests gave last year’s event rave reviews and this year promises to be even better, with one of the best concert lineups of 2016.”

Entry into the Food & Wine Festival is included with regular park admission. Food and beverages are not included with admission, however. Guests must be 21 years old or older to partake in the wine part of the festival.
