Sweetwater Organic Community Farm is hosting a special "Teacher Open House & Orientation" for our Field Trip program.

CALLING ALL TEACHERS!
Sweetwater Organic Community Farm is hosting a special “Teacher Open House & Orientation” for our Field Trip program on Saturday, August 2nd. Starting at 10:00 am our Education Program Director, Chris Hawthorne, will take teachers and parents on an hour-long field trip “tour” of our organic farm and educational facility followed by a half hour Q&A session from 11:00-11:30am.

The Open House is open to any Educators or Parents that wish to learn more about our Field Trip program and how it benefits children to learn “where their food comes from”.
The Open House is open to all Teachers from Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco County Public School, Private School, and Home Schools. Parents, Scout Troops and other organizations are also welcome! If you can’t make it to this Teacher Open House, we’ll be hosting another session on Saturday, August 16th.
