Temple Terrace's 4th Of July Parade, Fireworks: 2019 Guide
Patch has your complete guide to Fourth of July fireworks shows, parades and other festive events in and around Temple Terrace.
TEMPLE TERRACE, FL -- Temple Terrace will celebrate Independence Day on Thursday, July 4 starting with the 45th annual Fourth of July parade at 10 a.m.
With a 50/50 chance of rain and the unpredictability of weather in Florida in July, to be on the safe side, you'd better bring an umbrella if you're heading out to celebrate. Patch will provide update on any severe thunderstorms and event cancellations.
Marching bands, classic cars, veterans groups, dancing troupes and floats will launch the parade at 10 a.m. at Whiteway Drive and Gillette Avenue. The parade route runs south to Druid Hills Road, west to Ridgedale Road and south to the Temple Terrace Little League fields.

The Presidential Title sponsor is AdventHealth Tampa. Patron sponsors are MOSI (Tampa’s Museum of Science and Industry) and Tampa Electric. Benefactor sponsors are Pilot Bank, Temple Terrace Golf & Country Club and Watts, Dawson & Associates Inc. Patriot sponsors are Bay Area Plumbing, Ramada Inn Temple Terrace and GFWC Temple Terrace Woman’s Club.
The event is hosted by the City of Temple Terrace and Temple Terrace Golf & Country Club.

This year’s parade theme is “A City of Healthy Living” and the grand marshal this year is
Denyse Bales-Chubb, the new president/CEO at AdventHealth Tampa. Bales-Chubb starts
her new role on July 1.
Spectators may park on any side street that doesn't state "no parking."
The celebration will continue from 6 to 9 p.m. when Temple Terrace hosts a fireworks display at the Temple Terrace Golf & Country Club, 200 Inverness Ave., Temple Terrace.
There will be food vendors and music. The fireworks show will get underway at 9:15 p.m.
