What's Open, Closed For 2016 Temple Terrace Holiday Season
Be on the lookout for changes to trash and recycling, library, and recreation center schedules.
TEMPLE TERRACE, FL – (12/21/16) – Temple Terrace City Hall and other government offices
will be closed Friday, December 23, 2016, Monday, December 26, 2016, and Monday, January 2, 2017
in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
Residential trash collection and curbside recycling will NOT be affected on Friday, December 23 and
will be collected as usual that day. There will be no residential trash collection or curbside recycling
on December 26 or January 2. Households scheduled for green-bin recycling pickup on December 26
and January 2 may put out their bins for pickup on their next regularly scheduled trash collection day.

Holiday Hours:
- The Temple Terrace Public Library will close at 5:00 p.m. daily from December 19-22 and December 27-31 and will be closed all day December 23-26 and January 2.
- The Family Recreation Complex will be open on Friday December 23 from 5:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and will be closed on December 25 and January 1. It will be open 8:00 a.m. to noon on
- December 24 and December 31 and open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on December 26 and January 2.
- The Omar K. Lightfoot Recreation Center will be closed on December 23-26 and December 31- January 2.

should place their trees curbside by 7:00 a.m. on Wednesdays, beginning January 4, 2017.
