Brightline To Close Rail Crossing In West Palm Beach For Upgrades May 10-28

Brightline has informed the City of West Palm Beach that it will close its 45th St. crossing, between Pinewood Ave. and Greenwood Ave. for rail upgrades Monday, May 10, 2021, 7:00 a.m. – Friday, May 28, 2021, 6:00 p.m.

Motorists traveling on 45th Street between Pinewood Avenue and Greenwood Avenue will be directed to east-west alternative roads. Detours:

• Eastbound 45th St. traffic will be directed to travel south on Greenwood Ave. to 36th St., travel east on 36th St. to Broadway and travel north on Broadway to access 45th St.
• Westbound 45th St. traffic will be directed to travel south on Broadway to 36th St., travel west on 36th St. to Greenwood Ave. and travel north on Greenwood to access 45th St.
