ICYMI: West Palm Beach Police Department Unveils Online Reporting System For Citizen Use
The goal is to improve the efficiency of developing a police report, to streamline incoming calls, and to mitigate the threat of COVID-19.
January 21, 2021
In line with West Palm Beach Mayor Keith James’ commitment to prioritizing public safety in the City, the West Palm Beach Police Department has implemented a new online reporting system to enhance response efficiency. The Desk Officer Reporting System (DORS) is an online tool whereby residents can submit details of “minor” incidents and provide officers the information needed for investigation ahead of time. The goal is to improve the efficiency of developing a police report, to streamline incoming calls, and to mitigate the threat of COVID-19 to police officers and the public.
