Recently, the Governor signed SB-182 Medical Use of Marijuana into law, which changed the way approved patients can ingest marijuana, by allowing the smokable flower form. To recap, if your an approved patient and want smokable marijuana, just sign the patient consent form, have your ordering physician add the smokable flower recommendation to your inhalation portion in your OMMU profile. Then, Trulieve dispensary will fill up-to 2.5 ounces, every 35 days, per your physicians recommendation/prescription.

Once you have possession of smokable flower remember you must only use it at home, in private. Smoking marijuana in public places, even though your an approved patient, remains illegal under Florida law.
