  • Southbound Flagler Dr. between Okeechobee Blvd. and Banyan Blvd. is closed through Tuesday, March 30, 2021, 5:00 p.m.
  • North Clematis St., from the Visitor Center to Flagler Dr., and Datura St. between Narcissus Ave. and Flagler Dr. are closed through Tuesday, March 30, 2021, 5:00 p.m.
  • Evernia St. between Olive Ave. and Flagler Dr., and Fern St., between Olive Ave. and Flagler Dr. is closed through Tuesday, March 30, 2021, 5:00 p.m.
  • Northbound Flagler Dr. between Okeechobee Blvd. and Banyan Blvd. is closed through Tuesday, April 6, 2021, 5:00 p.m.

CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ENGINEERING ROAD CLOSURES

  • Congress Ave. at Presidential Way (until further notice): Motorists should expect slow traffic and lane closures at the intersection due to emergency utility work.
  • Westbound Presidential Way right turn lane at Congress Ave. closed.
  • Northbound Congress Ave. right turn lane at Presidential Way closed.
  • Banyan Blvd. east of Tamarind Ave. to Quadrille Blvd. (Thursday, April 1, 2021, 6:00 p.m. until Friday, April 2, 2021, 6:00 a.m.): Full road closure for traffic signal work. Local traffic only. Motorists should use Okeechobee Blvd. and Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. as east-west alternatives.
  • Elizabeth Ave. between Caroline St. and Edgar St. (through Wednesday, March 31, 2021): Local traffic only during streetscape construction.
  • South Olive Ave. between Southern Blvd. and Okeechobee Blvd. (through Wednesday, March 31, 2021): Intermittent lane closures for speed hump installation, starting at Southern Blvd., proceeding north on Olive Ave. to Okeechobee Blvd. Flaggers will assist motorists in work zones.
  • 2400 Centre Park West Alley between Bristol Dr. to dead-end west of Australian Blvd. (through April 2021): Alley is closed for sanitary sewer repair.
  • Rosemary Ave. between Banyan Blvd. and 8th St. (through May 30, 2021): Intermittent road closures for street lighting improvements.
  • Lake Mangonia 42-inch Force Main Aerial Crossing approximately 1,000 ft. north of Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. (through June 2021): Motorists should expect construction activity on the service road behind Forum Way near the west side of the canal, and the west side of the 1400 block of North Mangonia Circle.
  • 1300-1500 block of 7th St. (through August 2021): Intermittent lane closures for road paving, installation of new ADA-compliant ramps, sidewalks, crosswalks, and the rehabilitation of four roundabouts.
  • 7th St. between Carver Ave. and Tamarind Ave. (through August 2021): Intermittent lane closures east and westbound as part of the Tamarind Ave. corridor improvements project. Flaggers will assist motorists in work zones.
  • Washington Rd. between Monceaux Rd. and Monroe Dr. (through December 2021): Intermittent lane closures for full streetscape redesign, including new underground utilities and storm drainage improvements.
  • 42nd St. and Brooks Ave. (through October 2021): Construction-related activity near the work zone. Access to north side sidewalks on 42nd St. near the work zone will be restricted.
  • 26th St. between Flagler Dr. and Poinsettia Ave. (until further notice): Possible westbound lane closure north of the media for emergency utility repair

PRIVATE ROAD CLOSURES

  • Datura St. between Quadrille Blvd. and South Dixie Hwy. (through December 2021): Westbound lane closed for construction of a senior living facility. Motorists should use Clematis St. or Evernia St. as westbound alternatives.

PALM BEACH COUNTY (PBC) ENGINEERING & PUBLIC WORKS ROAD CLOSURES IN CITY OF WPB

  • Florida Mango Rd. from Belvedere Rd. at Old Okeechobee Rd. (until further notice): Periodic lane closures for pavement markings. Flaggers will assist motorists in the work zone.
  • Florida Mango Rd. over the canal north of Bridgeman Dr. (until further notice): Periodic lane closures for bridge replacement. Flaggers will assist motorists in the work zone.
  • Australian Ave. approximately 90 feet north of James L. Turnage Blvd./PBIA (until further notice): Periodic nighttime southbound right turn lane closures for pole installation and utility work.
  • Australian Ave. at Banyan Blvd. (until further notice): Northbound right lane closures and southbound left turn lane closures for road improvements.
  • Australian Ave. north of Mercer Ave. (until further notice): Periodic westbound traffic shifts for utility work.
  • Australian Ave. on the northeast corner of Okeechobee Rd. (until further notice): Periodic westbound traffic shifts for utility work.
  • Australian Ave. at Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. (until further notice): Southbound right lane closures, eastbound right turn lane and right lane closures, and westbound left turn lane closure for drainage installation.
  • Australian Ave. south of Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. (until further notice): Periodic lane closures for drainage improvements.
  • Haverhill Rd. north of Caribbean Blvd. to Dyer Blvd (until further notice): Periodic lane closures with flaggers controlling traffic for road improvements.
  • Congress Avenue south of Executive Center Dr. (until further notice): Periodic eastbound right lane closures, and westbound U-Turn lane closures at 5th St. and Belvedere Rd.
  • Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. approximately 500 feet north of Robbins Dr. (until further notice): Periodic northbound right turn lane closures for utility work.
  • Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. and Australian Ave. (until further notice): Periodic lane closures for intersection improvements. Carver Ave. at Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. is closed. To access Carver Ave., use Australian Ave. south to 7th St., and go west to Carver Ave.
  • Roebuck Rd. from Jog Rd. to east of Haverhill Rd. (until further notice): Periodic lane closures for pavement markings.
  • Greenwood Ave. one-half mile north of 45th St. (until further notice): Periodic southbound lane closures for driveway and sidewalk connections and utility work.

FLORIDA DEPT OF TRANSPORTATION (FDOT) ROAD CLOSURES IN CITY OF WPB

  • Southbound North Quadrille Blvd. between Banyan Blvd. and 3rd St. (through Friday, April 9, 2021): Intermittent lane closures, 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, for underground utility and pole installation.
  • Southbound South Dixie Hwy., between Belvedere Rd. and Monceaux Rd. (through Friday, April 9, 2021): One of two lanes closed, 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, for concrete pole and equipment installation
  • Eastbound Forest Hill Blvd., between Pine Tree Ln. and Norton Ave. (through Friday, April 16, 2021): One of three lanes closed, 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, for underground utility installation.
  • Eastbound Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., between North Robbins Dr. and Executive Center Dr. (through Monday, May 10, 2021): One of three lanes closed, 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, for underground utility installation
  • Vehicle Detection & Traffic Signals Improvement Project (through Summer 2021): This improvement project is upgrading traffic signalization with video vehicle detection (camera) systems at area intersections. Motorists should expect slower traffic and construction activity at the following intersections:
  • 45th St. at Corporate Way
  • 45th St. at Haverhill Rd.
  • Quadrille Blvd. at Hibiscus St.
  • Southern Blvd. Bridges Replacement Project (through Fall 2021): Southern Blvd.’s westbound lane between SR A1A and the tide relief bridge will be closed from 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. nightly begin beginning Sunday, February 21, 2021, through Wednesday, February 24, 2021, to install drainage. Traffic will be maintained in both directions in the eastbound lane – one direction at a time – with a flagging operation.
  • Flagler Dr. between Southern Blvd. and Worth Ct. North. (through fall 2021) will be closed for roadway reconstruction as part of the Southern Blvd. bridge replacement project. Access is maintained for local traffic only. Flagler Dr. sidewalks, from Southern Blvd. to Worth Ct. N., and the Southern Blvd. south sidewalk, from Washington Rd. to Flagler Dr., will remain closed through summer 2021. Detours:
    • Traffic going north of Flagler Dr. should:
      • Go west on Worth Ct. N. to Washington Rd.;
      • Go north on Washington Rd. to Southern Blvd;
      • Go east on Southern Blvd. to Flagler Dr.
    • Traffic going south on Flagler Dr. should:
      • Go west on Southern Blvd. to Washington Rd.;
      • Go South on Washington Rd. to Worth Ct N.;
      • Go east on Worth Court N. to Flagler Dr.
  • Pedestrians using Flagler Dr. between Southern Blvd. and N. Worth Ct. should:
  • Use the east Flagler Dr. sidewalk.
  • Pedestrians using Southern Blvd., between Washington Rd. and Flagler Dr. should:
  • Use the north Southern Blvd. sidewalk.

CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH DOCKS

  • Currie Park Boat Docks and Ramps (2400 North Flagler Dr.): Ramps are open daily, sunrise to sunset.
  • Lake Mangonia Park Boat Ramps (2957 North Australian Ave): Ramps are open daily, sunrise to sunset.
  • Clematis St. Docks - South Clematis St. at South Flagler Dr. (through Monday, April 5, 2021): Docks will be closed to the public for use by the Palm Beach Boat Show.
  • Fern St. Dock -Fern St. at South Flagler Dr.- (through Monday, April 5, 2021): Docks will be closed to the public for use by the Palm Beach Boat Show.
