4 Ways AT&T Is Easing the Stress of Holiday Shopping
AT&T has opened a new store at Westfield Citrus Park Mall and launched several initiatives to optimize the customer experience.

During the holiday shopping season, shoppers are looking for convenient options more than ever. They want to find the perfect gifts for loved ones but saving time and reducing stress are key.
Because experiences are more memorable than transactions, AT&T is focused on elevating the customer experience during each store visit. It’s why we've launched several innovative initiatives to optimize the customer experience and reach customers where they are. Here's a look at several of those initiatives:

In addition, we’re reaching more customers with our Pop-Up store at Tyrone Square Mall.
Pop-up stores look similar to other AT&T stores, but they’re smaller and require much less construction and wiring. The Pop-Up store will remain at Tyrone Square Mall through Dec. 30.
Power to choose
And in the Tampa Bay region, we launched our Premium Setup and Delivery service.
Tampa Bay is one of AT&T’s select markets where you can order a new phone online and have it delivered the same day to your home, office or somewhere in between. Our experts will also set up your device, transfer contacts and make sure you have what you need. Only AT&T is offering this premium setup and delivery is no extra cost, and it’s available when and where you want it to happen. Here is a video to see how it works.
Access to visual assistance service Aira
As part of our commitment to create inclusive experiences for all of our customers, AT&T stores are now Aira access points. This means that anyone in the blind or limited vision community can use the Aira visual assistance service for free, while browsing at an AT&T store. The experience provides assistance through a remote agent that connects to the client's smartphone. Take a look at how Aira glasses work.
