Kiddie Academy Of Westchase To Host Grand Opening
Kiddie Academy of Westchase will celebrate its grand opening Oct. 26.

WESTCHASE, FL — Kiddie Academy Educational Child Care, a nationally recognized provider of comprehensive educational child care programs, will celebrate the opening of its new learning center in Westchase with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Oct. 25 at 10 a.m. followed by a grand opening event Oct. 26 from 4 to 7 p.m.
Kiddie Academy of Westchase is located at 12101 W. Hillsborough Ave.
"Here at Kiddie Academy, our goal is to embrace every experience as a teachable moment and an invaluable opportunity for young children to learn," said Kara Orourke, director of Kiddie Academy of Westchase. “My team is dedicated to delivering the highest quality educational child care possible to positively shape the lives of the children and families of the Westchase community.”

The 12,000-square-foot location will serve 225 students ages 6 weeks to 12 years and is bringing 25 new jobs to the community.
The academy features a splash pad, Zono disinfecting system, sunroom, outdoor learning center and stage, digital Tacboards, BEAM interactive and futuristic play and multi-media room for kids with live streaming capabilities.

“We believe that opportunities to teach and expand young minds present themselves every day and everywhere,” said Greg Helwig, president of Kiddie Academy. “Kiddie Academy empowers children with valuable tools to help make the most of those opportunities and we aim to foster a fascination for learning in the classroom, at home and throughout the community.”
Kiddie Academy of Westchase joins a network of more than 220 locations nationwide, with 25 new academies projected to open in the next year.
The Westchase location uses the Kiddie Academy Life Essentials® curriculum, which promotes each child’s intellectual, social, physical and emotional growth. According to Orourke, the programs emphasize continuous, open communication between teachers and parents concerning each child’s development.
