Man Charged With DUI After Crashing Into Town N' Country Home
The sheriff's office said a man's blood-alcohol content was nearly three times the legal limit when he crashed into a Town n' Country home.
TOWN N' COUNTRY, FL -- The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said a man's blood-alcohol content was nearly three times the legal limit when he crashed into a Town n' Country home Wednesday night.
According to the sheriff's office, Marcelino Gomez Gomez, 25, was driving a Nissan Pathfinder on Paris Street West just after 9 p.m. when he lost control, hit a speed limit sign and a chain-link fence and then crashed into the concrete wall of a home in the 6100 block of Yorkshire Road.
His blood-alcohol content was .233 and .231. The legal limit is .08. He was charged with driving under the influence and driving with no valid driver's license.
