New PDQ To Open In Westchase On Sunday

The fast casual chicken chain that started in Tampa six years ago will be opening its first Tampa Bay area restaurant in over a year.

WESTCHASE, FL - A new PDQ restaurant will open in the Westchase area on Sunday, Dec. 10, the company announced. The fast casual chicken chain that started in Tampa six years ago will be opening its first Tampa Bay area restaurant in over a year.

At the new location, 8730 W. Linebaugh Ave., PDQ will be showing the company’s new menu which hits all stores in December, as well as their new logo rolling out before the end of the year. PDQ is short for "People Dedicated to Quality.”

The Westchase location will be the company’s 63rd restaurant in the U.S. The menu will serve new chef-inspired bowls, seasonal premium sandwiches and unique sides, in addition to PDQ classics like hand-breaded chicken tenders, fresh salads, made-to-order sandwiches and hand-spun milkshakes.

PDQ plans to open its next restaurant in Seminole in early January.
