Sheriff Arrests Man Accused Of Being Westchase Flasher

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has arrested a 27-year-old Tampa man accused exposing himself to teenage girls in Westchase.

WESTCHASE, FL -- The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has arrested a 27-year-old Tampa man accused exposing himself to teenage girls in Westchase.

Sean Dixon of North Habana Avenue was arrested Thursday afternoon following a traffic stop. Dixon, driving a four-door white Mitsubishi with tinted windows matching the car described by the victims was pulled as he was leaving a home in the 13000 block of Briardale Lane in Tampa.

He was arrested for lewd and lascivious exhibition .

Between Jan. 29 and Feb. 5, the sheriff's office received four complaints about a man who has been approaching and exposing his penis to teen girls. The incidents occurred on Montague Street and New Park Road, in the 9000 block of Cavendish Drive, on Parley Drive and Millbank Way, and on West Park Village Drive and Cavendish Drive.

Detectives are asking for any additional victims who recognize Dixon to contact the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 813-247-8200.
