Winn-Dixie Unveils Newly Remodeled Westchase Grocery Store
A new store concept and an updated liquor store provide an enhanced shopping experience for Westchase residents.
WESTCHASE, FL — Winn-Dixie will celebrate the grand opening of its remodeled store at 13016 Race Track Road in Tampa with a socially distanced community celebration from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. featuring entertainment and giveaways.
Customers can experience the new look, expanded offerings and savings at the store, which features new facade signage and a new contemporary color palette outside.
The grocer encourages customers to practice social distancing and wear necessary protective equipment while exploring the updated farm-fresh produce department including an expanded selection of fruits and vegetables, including organic varieties.

The new deli offers expanded grab-and-go meal options including an assortment of sub sandwiches, fresh wraps and ready-made salads.
Easy lunch and dinner choices include rotisserie chicken, fresh sushi made in the store and a wing bar with eight favorite varieties.

The expanded bakery department features self-service doughnut and bread selections made fresh daily.
The new store also offers Southeastern Grocers' Naturally Better product selection with a large variety of gluten-free and organic products.
A full-service meat department with a butcher on-site allows customers to choose fresh cuts of meat by request while an updated full-service seafood department offers shoppers a variety of fresh seafood on ice, additional frozen seafood assortments, as well as the “Seafood Made Easy” option where customers can choose the type of seafood, vegetables and seasoning to be packaged together for easy preparation at home.
The store also has a new Health and Beauty section with expanded offerings and a bigger selection of wine and craft beer.
The updated Winn-Dixie Wine & Spirits store in the plaza is also celebrating its grand reopening with a wide selection of wine, beer and spirits with a price-match guarantee.
The store is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday's community celebration will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On Wednesday, store officials were on hand for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a $1,000 check presentation to Farnell Middle School.
