Atlanta 16-Year-Old Kidnapped; AMBER Alert Issued In Georgia

GEORGIA — A 16-year-old Atlanta girl, Jeily Castellanos, was kidnapped Thursday by a male subject who is potentially her father. An AMBER alert has been issued statewide.

The kidnapper drives a black 2011 Ford Explorer SUV with North Carolina license plates, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. His license plate number is HMV7986.

The male subject is listed as 39-year-old Melvin Castellanos.

Anyone with information or anyone who has seen the vehicle is asked to call 911 or the Atlanta Police Department at 404-291-9613.
