Man Opens Fire In Georgia Walmart Before Killing Self: Police
The shooting happened around 1 a.m. Saturday. No customers or employees inside the store at the time were injured.
WAYCROSS, GA — A man who entered a Georgia Walmart early Saturday morning and fired multiple rounds died after turning the gun on himself when cops arrived.
Police in Waycross, Georgia said they were called to the Walmart on Memorial Drive for the report of an active shooted around 1 a.m. Saturday. They also received information that the man went into the store and shot multiple times.
When cops found the shooter, he turned the gun on himself and was taken to the hospital for his injuries. He was pronounced dead just after 3 a.m.

The shooter was identified as 19-year-old John Jaylen Walker Kinnitt.
The Walmart customers and employees inside the store at the time were evacuatd. No one else was injured in the shooting, police said.

Police said they do not know the shooters' motivation at this point.
