Acworth Golfer Suffers Heart Attack on PGA Tour

Acworth golfer Jason Bohn suffered a heart attack Friday while playing in the Honda Classic in Florida.

Bohn, 42, is in stable condition, reports the AJC.

The Honda Classic is being played in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Tour officials say Bohn went to see medical staff at PGA National after playing the tournament’s second round. He was then transported by ambulance to Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, where tests showed he had suffered a mild heart attack.

Bohn spent the night in the hospital, and is set to reveive more tests on Saturday.

Bohn, currently ranked No. 71 in the world, is a two-time winner on the PGA Tour.
