After Heart Attack, Acworth Pro Golfer Celebrates Birthday
Jason Bohn turns 43 on Sunday, only weeks after suffering a heart attack known as the 'widow maker.'

Less than two months after suffering a massive heart attack, Acworth pro golfer Jason Bohn is set to turn 43 on Sunday.
Bohn suffered a heart attack in late February while playing in the Honda Classic in Florida, and later, had a stent inserted into a major artery. He had a 99 percent blockage in his left anterior descending artery, an artery known as the “widow maker” because it could cause a major heart attack.
Bohn went to see medical staff at PGA National after playing the tournament’s second round. He was then transported by ambulance to Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, where initial tests showed he had suffered a mild heart attack.
