Cause of Acworth Apartment Fire Still Unknown

ACWORTH, GA -- Fire department officials have still not determined what caused an Acworth apartment complex to catch fire Saturday afternoon.

The fire broke out at the Gazebo Apartments on Old Cowan Road. No one was injured, but several families were displaced.

Red Cross volunteers were on the scene after the blaze was extinguished, working to help those who were displaced, according to Channel 2 Action News.

The fire broke around shortly after noon on Saturday, and firefighters worked through the afternoon to keep the blaze from spreading.
