This yearβs lineup of events highlights the diverse culinary experiences in Alpharetta with festivals like the Taste of Alpharetta, and the vibrant arts scene events including the Alpharetta Arts Streetfest and Art in the Park. The Alpharetta Convention and Visitor's Bureau has created this go-to list of Alpharetta spring and summer festivals you donβt want to miss. Farmers Market β Saturday mornings, April 13 to October 26
Location: Village Green in front of Alpharetta City Hall, Downtown Alpharetta

Grab a basket and head to the Downtown Alpharetta Farmers Market every Saturday morning from April 13 to October 26 from 8:30 a.m. β 1 p.m. Youβll find farmers with succulent fruits, locally grown vegetables, organic meats, gardeners with fresh flowers and herbs, and all sorts of other homegrown and harvested goods. Bring your family and friends (and even your pup!) and browse the aisles of fresh produce while you enjoy live music.

Stroll through downtown Alpharetta for Alpharettaβs Art in the Park! Enjoy an outdoor artists market featuring pottery, woodwork, metalwork, jewelry creations, photography and other handmade artwork. Rain or shine come see the handcrafted masterpieces made by local artists with your family and friends.
Taste of Alpharetta β May 2
Location: Downtown Alpharetta
Mark your calendar for one of Alpharettaβs most highly-anticipated events of the year. Taste of Alpharetta has become an annual tradition for festival goers, families and food connoisseurs. Come out on May 2 at 5 p.m. for an evening of delicious samples of appetizers, entrees and desserts from Alpharettaβs top chefs! Enjoy culinary demonstrations, live music, childrenβs activities and more. Admission is free, food tickets can be purchased on site for $.50 each. Restaurants participating in the Taste of Alpharetta charge $1-4 per food sample.
Food Truck Alley β Thursday evenings, May 9 to October 10
Location: Old Roswell Street, Downtown Alpharetta
Spoil your taste buds and grab some grub at the Alpharetta Food Truck Alley. The cityβs culinary scene will be on full display every Thursday night from May to October with a variety of food trucks parked along Old Roswell. Stroll the streets and eat delicious food to kick off the weekend a little early!
Celebrate Freedom Rodeo β May 10-11
Location: Wills Park Equestrian Center
Experience an authentic rodeo this May 10 and 11 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. as the Celebrate Freedom Rodeo comes to downtown Alpharettaβs Wills Park. The rodeo will feature the sister act of the Wild Together Trick Riders as well as bull riding, trick riding, roping and so much more. Attendees can also snack on award-winning Samβs BBQ-1 while enjoying the festivities.
Brooke Street Park Concert Series β Saturday evenings, May 11 to September 14
Location: Brooke Street Park, Downtown Alpharetta
Dance the night away with live tunes at the Brooke Street Park Concert Series. This free concert series is located in the beautiful Brooke Street Park in downtown Alpharetta and will make for a great night out with family and friends. Bring a blanket and snacks and spend your evening grooving to the one-of-a kind music down at the park!
Alpharetta Arts Streetfest β May 25-27
Location: Downtown Alpharetta
Itβs no secret that Alpharetta has an incredible arts scene thatβs grown wildly over the past few years. Alpharetta Arts Streetfest celebrates the cityβs artists as well as those from across the U.S. practicing in mediums like photography, jewelry, textiles, wood, glass, and paper with a three-day festival filled with original art, music, amazing food and free hands-on art activities for children. The festival will take place from May 25-27, rain or shine! Bring your family and friends and experience the artistic energy of Alpharetta.
Alpharetta Brew Moon Fest β June 1
Location: Downtown Alpharetta
Downtown is hoppinβ at this annual beer festival with live music on stage, food and beverages. Bring your own chairs or buy a table near the stage for an evening filled with music and dancing in the streets!
Fourth of July β July 4
Location: Wills Park
Celebrate our nationβs birthday with family and friends during Alpharettaβs Fourth of July festival at Wills Park. Enjoy an evening of entertainment and activities on the lawn with spectacular fireworks. Festivities begin at 6 p.m. and fireworks are displayed at dusk at the Alpharetta Community Center. Head over to Alpharetta for an evening full of patriotic fun this Fourth of July!
Old Soliders Day Parade - August 3
Location: Roadways near Downtown Alpharetta
Support our troops and salute our veterans at the Old Soldierβs Day Parade on August 3. The parade features as many as 100 floats, marching bands, military units, classic cars, clowns, music and candy. Come celebrate our nationβs heroes at 9:15 a.m. for the city band, 10 a.m. for the Memorial Service, and 10:30 a.m. for the parade.
