Alpharetta Cellphone Gunpoint Robbery Case Ends In Conviction
Authorities say the victim made a plan with Seabon Clayton-Sparks for a cellphone transaction, but was robbed instead.
ALPHARETTA, GA — Authorities have convicted a man for a June armed robbery in a Starbucks parking lot, according to a release from the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety.
Seabon Clayton-Sparks, 21, was arrested on assault and robbery warrants.
According to the release, Clayton-Sparks met the victim made plans with the victim over social media to buy his cellphone in the parking lot of the Starbucks on Windward Parkway.

Instead of paying for the phone, the release says, Clayton-Sparks robbed the victim of his cellphone at gunpoint.
Clayton-Sparks pleaded guilty in Fulton County on Tuesday and will spend the next five years on probation, the release says.
