'Boutique' Real-Estate Firm Opens in Downtown Alpharetta

From Muffley Homes: Muffley & Associates Real Estate, a top-ranked, boutique, luxury residential real estate brokerage, today announced its expansion into the North Atlanta market with a third office to open in Alpharetta.

The brokerage, founded in 2010 by industry leader and top producing Realtor, Mikel Muffley, currently operates with two Atlanta offices, Intown and Tributary. Muffley & Associates is widely known for its successful, high-caliber agent mentoring and sales training programs. The brokerage has a per-agent annual gross income average of $300,000, which is six times higher than Georgia real estate agent’s 2015 mean wage of $45,620, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. In addition, the brokerage also has annual transaction average per agent of 15.
