The June 15 meeting will start at 6 p.m. in City Hall’s Council Chambers. People can participate there or via Zoom using this link: https://zoom.us/j/99624774934.
The first item of note on the BZA agenda refers to 14779 Wood Road, though that will be administratively deferred because it has not yet been considered by Milton’s Design Review Board.

One set of variance requests that will be discussed relates 1255 Birmingham Road. This property has a lake and sits between Freemanville Road and Hickory Flat Road/Birmingham Highway, generally across the street from My Serenity Farms and Boiling Springs Primitive Baptist Church.The applicant is coming before the Board of Zoning Appeals requesting that the City allow:
As with its other decisions, the BZA can either approve or deny these requests on the City’s behalf. (If the applicant wants to appeal, they’d do so through Fulton County courts.)
After Tuesday’s meeting, the Board of Zoning Appeals is next scheduled to convene the evening of Tuesday, June 20.
