This will be followed by courtesy reviews on the following items:
- To reduce the setback for a barn from 100 feet to 35 feet along the east side of the property.
- To reduce the setback for existing fence (for an animal pen/ run), from 200 feet to 10 feet along that same east property line.
- To allow an existing gazebo to remain as shown on the site plan submitted to the City of Milton’s Community Development Department in late May.

The Design Review Board will also consider a final review of buildings 3-6 for townhomes in the new Lakeside at Crabapple development. This neighborhood is near the City’s new lakeside park at Mayfield Road.
Members will also weigh potential changes to 13000 Deerfield Parkway, which for years had been Milton’s City Hall before its permanent City-owned home in downtown Crabapple opened. Specifically, the applicant is seeking to rebrand that property with paint, fencing and signage alterations.
After Tuesday’s meeting, the DRB is next scheduled to convene on Tuesday, August 3.
